  I don't know what it's like here after the sun comes up, but the pre dawn staff here has been second to none for the six years I have lived here. I have more than once thought to offer several of them employment.

  Mark is the absolute sweetest and best person! He provides the excellent customer service. He is so sweet and always makes me the best tea. Love coming to this Starbucks before work.

  Every single time I come to this Starbucks I have an issue. The baristas are rude and NEVER make the correct drinks. How this specific store is still in business is beyond me. I'll just walk over to the Starbucks in Albertsons across the parking lot and have a drink made the proper way.

  Had some time to spare before my hair appointment the other, so I popped in for a quick drink. I love that this location isn't a drive through, I think it looks homey and makes for a better experience visiting a coffee shop. This location is pleasing to the eye for sure, as is the rest of the old town San Dimas area, it had nice decor and a nice patio. The inside was relaxed, and the line went quickly. I ordered a iced passion tea with no sweetner, the drink came out quickly and was correct. The staff were friendly and polite. Great starbucks experience.

  Their blatant disregard towards people is amazing. I ordered a medicine ball with no honey. The barista calls out a medicine ball with 3 pumps of honey. Wait?! What?! No!!! I tell her I'm allergic to honey and asked for no honey and her response is "oh there's no honey in it" But you just called out a medicine ball with 3 pumps of honey! I'm now afraid and don't want the drink.
  
  She gives me the look, rolls her damn eyes and says with a voice dripping with disdain, "so you want a new one then." Um, yeah. I do. She proceeds to pour the drink out and starts to walk away with the contaminated cup. So I say, don't use that cup. Again the eye roll and attitude.
  
  They make a new drink but don't label it. Don't call it out. Nothing. So it's sitting there for 20 minutes unbeknownst to me that this is my drink waiting for me.
  
  Apparently they don't take life threatening food allergies seriously. When I explained that my food allergy was a throat closing epi pen kind of allergy she just glared and did her eye roll again. (She really loves copping out that eye roll btw)
  
  I didn't drink that second drink btw. I have little faith in someone who has such a blatant disregard toward others and the importance of recognizing food allergies.
